According to Bonnie McKrill in the Insurance Journal, May 4, 2009 Issue, one of the main reasons an Agent picks a wholesaler is because of: Service, Service, Service, Markets, Price and Service! We could not agree more. So instead of writing out a bunch of information that you will probably not read anyway, here are the Facts:
So enough about us, what do our agents tell us? Remember is it about Service, service service, Markets, Price and Service: I continue to use the Combined Group because every time I pick up the phone to call them they treat me as if I am their sole priority. They make me feel as if they did not have anything on their desk but my accounts and they are here to help me with anything I need. Michael and Meghan work hard at getting the best quotes possible and provide me with quick turnaround times. I enjoy feeling so special and getting good rates. Makes my day easier when dealing with many people who don't understand what we are trying to do. As a producer it is important that I find strategic partnerships with certain wholesale markets that make me a more effective agent on behalf of my clients. As I evaluate those partnerships certain qualities and capabilities present an edge in determining who I work with. A wholesaler must be knowledgeable of their markets as well as have a great business relationship with their underwriters. They must also possess a creativity in placing or finding unique programs where they exist to gain an advantage over standard options. And finally they must be able to reach targets set before them in order to win the business. For my agency, Combined Solutions has provided all of this and more.
