Combined Group has one of the easiest rating systems I have ever used.  On a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best - I would give Combined a 9 1/2.  There are several items that make this company stand out from all the rest.  One being:  Live Chat.  If I have a question, I can login and select Live Chat.  Immediately, a live person will be online to answer any of my questions.  I no longer have to deal with voice mail, put on hold, or not having calls returned.  Second, Combined keeps their agents informed on a regular basis.  They accept the majority of class codes.  I have never had one declined.  One more feature exclusive to Combined is, I enter the information once, and instantly receive quotes from not only multiple carriers but multiple lines as well.
