Combined Group is pleased to announce that we are now partnered with an AM Best "A" rated property carrier in AR, NM, OK, and TX. This carrier will offer competitive rates on properties with values of up to $2 Million per location and $5 Million per policy with a minimum premium as low as $750. The carrier offers wind and hail coverage in Tier 2, including Harris county, and is available online through E&SExpress. This market will offer all causes of loss forms, with replacement cost or actual cash value valuation, and will allow you to add Business Income with Extra Expense coverage, if desired.

This new market will also offer many additional coverages that your ordinary property policy may not. You will have the option to add Equipment Breakdown, including food spoilage, Ordinance or Law Coverage, and a preferred property extension that increases coverages for Accounts Receivables, Monies and Securities, Outdoor Property, and other such items.
