"LookupExpress Tips"

LookupExpress is one of the most useful tools an agent can use on QuoteExpress.  It allows a user to quickly see if a classification is available for on-line quoting.

Below are some tips when searching for a market or entering a risk in QuoteExpress.

• Once you login click on “Are We A Market”
• Enter the zip code
• Enter just a word or partial word of the type of risk you need and click Search
• A successful search will yield more detailed business descriptions for you to choose as well as the lines of business with detail of online availability

Remember "Less is More" for a successful search criteria.  Our continuous enhancements make it faster and more accurate to find the class codes for your online rating needs.  Here are some examples:

Below are additional tips for entering a risk in QuoteExpress after you have logged in:

• First click on the line of business you need (for example:  Commercial Auto)
• If looking for an existing quote, click on that prompt, and then enter the name of the insured or leave blank and hit enter.
• If entering a new quote, click on that prompt.
• At the "Class Eligibility Check" screen, enter the zip code of the insured and a brief description of the business (this works just like Are We A Market as described above).

Please note that we do offer more products than you can quote on-line.  Not all class codes are available on-line, thus you can always send in an application, ACORD and Loss Runs as needed and we will submit to all possible carriers for your best advantage.  We continue to add carriers, lines and states, for both manual and online quoting (using Single Entry Multiple Carrier Interface).
