You may have read in the most recent IIAT publication an article addressing Nonsubscription policy forms as they relate to Punitive Damage coverages. As a point of clarification, NONE of Combined's coverage forms, including North American Capacity, Republic Vanguard, & American Fidelity have any reference to Punitive Damage exclusions. There are no Punitive Damage exclusions with these forms.

All of our policies come with an ERISA Plan that we will assist you and your clients in being distributed to their employees. Our policies also come with claim services provided by Anchor Claims Management. Your insured will benefit from professional claims handling, online claim reporting, online access to loss runs, pay of behalf of option, nurse case management from our on-staff nurse, bill review by request (additional fees apply) and our satisfaction guaranteed promise. Anchor Risk Management provides safety services for all of our policies. They will perform safety visits or phone surveys on all insureds and can also provide safety manuals if needed (additional fees apply).
