*Written premium (new and renewal) on a 'rolling" 12-month basis; each 'category' (Nonsubscription, Middle Market, QuoteExpressâ„¢) based on Combined's production.

2008 New Business Incentive Program (NBIP) Incentive % **

Incentive % applied to new business written within the respective individual 'premium category' (Nonsubscription, Middle Market and Quote Express; each one stands alone) for the succeeding calendar quarter once the applicable status level is acheived (measured 3/31, 6/30, 9/30, 12/31). NBIP for QuoteExpressâ„¢ applies to Internet rated business only. NBIP amounts determined each calendar quarter and payable twenty (20) days after the quarter earned. NBIP amounts less than $100 shall be carried forward to succedding quarters and will become payable to you when the NBIP amount exceeds $100.
