Loss Runs Available On-Line

 Loss Runs are available on all CIA policies to appointed agents through CIA’s website. Loss Runs are downloaded immediately eliminating the need for faxes or phone calls, and the inevitable delay in receiving them back.

To pull loss or claims information...

1. Log onto the CIA website.


2. Click on the "Agent Log-in" button in the upper left corner.


3. Log-in using your username and password.


4. Click on "Claim Listing" or "Statement of Losses"
