Online claim reporting for: Workers' Comp & Non-Subscriber claims

Please note the "online claim reporting" system will generate an Acord Form. If this is a workers' comp claim - ACM will send a copy of the State's First Report of Injury to the insured/employer, with the acknowledgement letter.

This system is not for use on claims involving Hartford, Travelers and/or Zenith Policies. As well as, any Highmark Policies that are not directly related to the Texas NonSubscriber program.

For claims on a Travelers Policy, please call 1-888-661-3938.
